We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of these services at any time, without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment

To complete a booking with Metamorphose Travel, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following terms apply to all bookings:

• Umrah Packages: A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment schedules and cancellation policies vary based on the package chosen.
• Flight Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Holiday Packages: Payment terms depend on the specific package and will be outlined at the time of booking.

We only accept payments via bank transfers, Automated Clearing House (ACH), and credit cards (with a processing fee). We do not accept payments in cash.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

The cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Umrah Packages: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the travel date may receive a refund, minus any non-refundable fees. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the travel date may not be eligible for a refund.
• Flight Bookings: Airline tickets are subject to airline policies. Some tickets may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees. Metamorphose Travel (Home Metamorphose LLC) does not control airline refund policies.
• Holiday Packages: Cancellations made in accordance with the provider’s policies may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the specific terms at the time of booking.

For any booking cancellation, you must contact our customer service team in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original payment method used.

5. Airline Schedule Changes

In the event of any schedule changes by the airline, Metamorphose Travel will assist in providing alternative options. However, the final decision and responsibility for rescheduling or offering alternate options lie with the airline. Additional charges may apply for changes to hotel bookings caused by revised flight schedules.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when making bookings.
• Ensure that you have all required valid travel documents.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies during your travel.

7. Liability

Home Metamorphose LLC acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.

9. Privacy and Data Security

10. Intellectual Property
